Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your business and want to be clear about cancellations and refunds:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- If Loop Rides cancels due to driver availability or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
