Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your business and want to be clear about cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows are non-refundable.
If Loop Rides cancels due to driver availability or operational issues, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
